The Poppy Mountain family would like to extend our heartfelt condolences to the family and friends of Allen “Styx” Hicks.

Styx was one of the kindest and happiest people that we had the privilege of knowing. His smile, laughter, and larger-than-life personality could brighten any room, and his absence will be deeply felt by all who knew and loved bim.

Until we meet again, Styx… “Why wouldn’t ya?” 👈🏻

From the old general store vibes to the golf carts lined up outside, this place holds so many memories for so many people. If these walls could talk, they’d probably tell stories of music jams, late nights, campground laughs, and lifelong friendships.
