We’ve been thinking a lot about where things come from.
Not just ingredients, but the stories behind them.

Cindy’s grandparents grew up farming agave in Guadalajara. When they moved to California, that connection to the land continued through the abundant citrus orchards in Ventura & Santa Paula.

That relationship to farming, to fresh fruit, to seasonality—it’s always been a part of how we see the world.

Now, watching our daughter reach for fruit off the tree here in California… it feels like something being passed down.

From one generation to the next.
