🇪🇸 PALOMA DINNER CLUB PRESENTS: A TASTE OF SPAIN

This August, we're bringing Spain to the table.

Expect the richness of aged Manchego and cured lomo, the warmth of Jamón Serrano and local honey, mussels simmered with chorizo and sofrito, and a coal-grilled ribeye served with patatas bravas and blistered Padrón peppers.

We'll finish with a beautifully rustic Basque cheesecake with blueberry compote and whipped cream.

A menu rooted in Spanish tradition, shaped by fire, cured flavors, good w**e, and the simple pleasure of gathering around the table.
