One simple, delicious cocktail transformed all this land (and many more like it around the country) into thriving pollinator habitats that support a diversity of species.

Before an installation, we’ll usually see between 17-35 pollinators in a 15 minute period, and in that first year not much changes. But in the second year, we’ll see upwards of 150 more pollinators in a 15 minute period. And in subsequent years we’ll see as many as 300 or more as they come back both in numbers and diversity.

That’s the power of Bee’s Knees Week. Small acts making a big impact.

Our 10th annual Bee’s Knees Week kicks off Friday (June 12 - 21), and we hope you’ll celebrate with us to keep growing the impact.

You can find participating bars and restaurants around the country. Or pick up a bottle of Barr Hill Gin and make a Bee’s Knees cocktail at home. Just remember to share a photo and tag us Barr Hill by Caledonia Spirits!

Essentially a Gin Manhattan, the Martinez dates back to the late 1800s and is often considered the predecessor to the modern Martini.🍸

The cocktail originally called for an Old Tom Gin, a style popular at the time. Our barrel-aged Tom Cat Gin, with a unique balance of rich oak depth and botanical complexity, makes a truly memorable Martinez suited for modern palates.

The Coral Jammer cocktail is a refreshing burst of juicy strawberry and citrus perfectly balanced with the delicate wildflower honey notes of Barr Hill Vodka. See you this weekend!🥂

Coral Jammer75oz Barr Hill Vodka75oz House Strawberry Liqueur5oz Dry Curacao
Barspoon Falernum75oz Fresh Lemon25oz OJ
1 dash Peach Bitters

Shake all ingredients with ice. Strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a lemon wheel.
