The perfect pour for soaking up every last drop of summer.

Tom Cat Old Fashioned
2oz Barr Hill Tom Cat Gin25oz Demerara Syrup
2 dashes Aromatic Bitters
2 dashes Orange Bitters

Stir all ingredients with ice. Strain into a rocks glass with a large ice cube. Garnish with an expressed orange twist.

Fun 🐝 fact: bees and distillers have more in common than you might think.👇

Bees break down nectar with enzymes, then evaporate the extra water, concentrating it into rich, delicious raw honey.

Not too different from our role as distillers – we use yeast to break down sugars, then use a still to concentrate it into spirits.

Similar processes, we just have bigger equipment and a noticeably smaller wingspan.

Every bottle of Barr Hill spirits starts with regional raw honey from bees who, frankly, had the technique down first.

So raise a glass to the bees, nature’s original distillers. And all they ask for in compensation is wildflowers, clean air and a little room to buzz.🌻
