American continental cuisine served with Franco's hospitality! Our menu is a mix of American & Italian! We offer gluten free penne pasta, polenta and rice.

The Williamsport Regional Airport’s restaurant was revived by the Daniele family in May of 2012. The restaurant has a preserved retro nostalgia while bringing to the table fresh American & Continental cuisine, holding true to their reputation for culinary excellence in our area. Come take in the view of our beautiful mountain range. Enjoy a spirited cocktail while watching planes arrive and depart

on the runway right outside our windows. Relax with friends after work at our unique live-edge black walnut bar with a glass of wine or a cold beer. Our lunch and dinner menus feature family favorites from Franco’s Lounge including our world-famous garlic bread, Pittsburgh-style salads, cheese lasagna, chicken parmeasan, tips & torts, and bread & peppers. Customer favorites on the Cloud 9 menus include Coquille St. Jaques, Pork Scaloppini, Broiled Salmon, Bacon Wrapped Prime Rib (featured Saturday nights) and many other homestyle favorites. Cloud 9 offers an intimate atmosphere with warm lighting perfect for a romantic evening or a special gathering with family and friends. Our larger dining room is a great space for business meetings, bridal showers, holiday parties or any special event.

Attention friends, Cloud 9 will close on Sunday, October 21 after brunch service. Here are new hours for Cloud 9 starting October 3rd:
Closed Monday's & Tuesday's.
Wednesday - Saturdays we are open at 4:00PM for dinner.
Sunday we are open 9:00AM - 3:00PM.

Attention To Our Customers:

Cloud9 Airport Restaurant will STOP ALCOHOL SERVICES Friday, 8/31/18 after dinner. Cloud9 Airport Restaurant will Host a B.Y.O.B. format on Saturday, 9/1/18 offering a SET-UP SERVICE available for Bring Your Own Bottle(BYOB).(glassware; ice; mixers; etc.)

Cloud9 Airport Restaurant will exercise our House Policies for MINORS/PROOF OF AGE and VISIBLY INTOXICATED.

Cloud9 Airport Restaurant will conduct this new B.Y.O.B. format until we close on or before Sunday, 10/28/18.

Please make reservations to assure seating for your visit. Our limited staff and menu will be available to serve you until we close our restaurant.

We open at 11:30am, Tuesday's-Saturday's and Sunday's, 9:00am-3:00pm.

Cloud 9 Airport Restaurant, departing this Fall. Please redeem your gift cards. Reservations are encouraged, especially big parties. Tuesday through Saturday we open at 11:30AM and serve all day, Sundays we’re open 9AM to 3PM. Come take in the view of our beautiful mountain range.
