Transforming an initial investment with my cousin into a thriving side hustle has been an incredible journey. and Dustin Esselman acquired River’s Edge Saloon & Eatery situated in downtown Montello, WI. Renowned for its Gyros, Pizzas, and classic Wisconsin Dive bar ambiance featuring various bar games like the shake of the day and pull tabs, River’s Edge Saloon quickly became a local favorite. Tragically, after just four months into our venture, Tom passed away. Originally planned as Tom's retirement project in 2023, Dustin felt compelled to honor his dream and preserve the legacy. Determined to elevate the establishment, Dustin has continued to invest, transforming it into one of the premier sports bars in Marquette County, Wisconsin.

Happy Labor Day Weekend! Our staff has worked hard all weekend, so we’re letting them go a little early tonight 🕦
