Wayside is CLOSED Tuesday!
UPDATE :
We had hoped to be able to open for walleye today, but we cannot open until Friday!!

One of our staff surprised us by moving around the kitchen! It was with good intentions but our electrical didn't like the change. During our band on Saturday our equipment started to fail. Not much we could do being a long Holiday weekend. We opened yesterday knowing places might be closed and people would be upset. We tried to make it work with a limited menu and being creative! We're afraid it's compromising the food quality and just adding more stress to our staff. Not to mention a few of the items we can't make are the most popular. We've decided it's best to call it.
I'd like to thank everyone (again) for their patience with us! We've been blessed with the best village of people ❤️
A BIG apology to everyone here on Saturday while the Former's were playing. The customers were great about the wait times and chaos! The band is amazing and their positive energy saved us and kept everyone happy! It was all embarrassing!We had someone with electrical knowledge enjoying a night out. As our equipment started to fail, he came back to the kitchen to help us figure it out. Not sure if he'd want his name called out but THANK YOU!
Thank you to our cook Jason! He missed plans on his Birthday to help us when someone didn't show up for their shift! Thank you to all the staff 😘
