Our facilities include a 15bbl brew house, 2000 square foot taproom & a large green space with beer garden. We choose the name Flying Tiger Brewery because of the many local connections to the original Flying Tigers AVG in Monroe, LA. Chennault who lead the Flying Tigers in WWII and graduated from Louisiana State University lived in Monroe. Additionally, the Chennault Aviation & Military Museum wh

ich serves to preserve the legacy of the Flying Tigers AVG as well as other local military history is located in Monroe and is named after Gen. The University of Louisiana Monroe choose "WARHAWK"​ as their new mascot in 2006 to pay homage to the iconic shark mouth Curtis P-40 Warhawk fighter plane the Flying Tigers flew in WWII. The day you’ve all been waiting for has arrived! We’ve got two beers dropping at 11 AM… Pineapple Mango JUCEE and Strawberry Blonde! Both of these beers are loaded with copious amounts of fruit and will be available on draft in the taproom. Strawberry blonde will be available in six packs to go and pineapple mango juicy will be available in four packs to go. Doors open for lunch service at 11 AM and Pappa D is playing live in the taproom starting at 6 PM this evening!

🍓🍓Double Beer Release Alert🍓🍓

Announcing beer number two of Saturdays beer release! Saturday we are having a double beer release with the previously announced Pineapple Mango JUCEE and Strawberry Blonde! We couldn’t let the summer escape without wrapping up the summer of blonde with this jewel! In the same process as PM JUCEE, we took our flagship blonde and rested it on ridiculous amounts of strawberry puree. The strawberries resonate in a manner that makes the fruit flavor dominant, but not cloying. Doors will open at 11am and we’ll have both beer releases on tap and in package to go with Pappa D laying some live tunes down starting at 6pm. Get your butts to downtown Monroe and grab the freshest craft beer from the only brewery that’s crafts, cans, and kegs all beer on site in the Twin Cities!

🍍🥭Double Beer Release Alert🥭🍍

That’s right folks, you read that right. This Saturday we are having a double beer release! The first beer is a new fruited version of JUCEE…Pineapple Mango JUCEE! This beer is made with our flagship JUCEE base. We then conditioned it on copious amounts of pineapple and mango puree. The mango is the real star of this show, but the pineapple cuts through nicely as a supporting co-pilot. Keep your ears to the ground for the next beer announcement in the upcoming days. Spoiler alert…we are continuing the summer of blonde. We already dropped Blonde Light…any ideas what the second version will be? Stay tuned….

Tonight the Jam Session returns with special guest Imani-Grace Cooper joining the Navigators! The house band will be Eric Siereveld - trumpet, Dan Sumner - guitar, Pearson Cross - piano, David Oliver - bass, and newcomer Stephen Diaz - drums. As mentioned, the band is going to do some tunes with Imani-Grace, but also open the set for some swingin’ tunes from those who sign up! We’ll see ya’ll tonight from 6-8pm in the taproom for live music, heroic beer, and the best craft pizza in Northeast Louisiana! 🎶 🍕 🍻

The Saturday lineup is looking pretty good in the heart of Downtown Monroe! Starting at 4pm, we welcome back the Twin City Classic Car Club! They’ll have their classic autos lining 2nd St. right outside the door of the taproom! Beware, 2nd St. will be closed to through traffic between Pine and Olive St from 3-6:30pm so we can highlight these classic beauties! Also starting at 4pm, we’ll have General Patterson and Dave P. Moore playing some live tunes inside the taproom. Get up and get out Funroe…there’s only one place to beat the heat this weekend!
