Our facilities include a 15bbl brew house, 2000 square foot taproom & a large green space with beer garden. We choose the name Flying Tiger Brewery because of the many local connections to the original Flying Tigers AVG in Monroe, LA. Chennault who lead the Flying Tigers in WWII and graduated from Louisiana State University lived in Monroe. Additionally, the Chennault Aviation & Military Museum wh

ich serves to preserve the legacy of the Flying Tigers AVG as well as other local military history is located in Monroe and is named after Gen. The University of Louisiana Monroe choose "WARHAWK"​ as their new mascot in 2006 to pay homage to the iconic shark mouth Curtis P-40 Warhawk fighter plane the Flying Tigers flew in WWII. Grab your running shoes and get to the brewery tonight for the first summer pub run of the season. Join the folks from Fleet Feet Monroe for the run and get a little education on apparel from ON. All runners receive a 15% discount on their food and beverage tickets. Also, playing from 6-8pm is Josh Love in the taproom! As if that’s not enough, rumor has it we may have a little surprise for the runners! Doors open daily at 11am for lunch service!

Tonight we’ll be “Goin’ Places” from 6-8pm in the taproom! Join us for an evening of music dedicated to travel and road trips. Some of the tunes in the set are “A Foggy Day,” “Miss New Orleans,” “Back Home Again in Indiana,” “April in Paris, “Route 66,” and more! The band will be Pearson Cross - piano, Dan Sumner - guitar, David Oliver - bass, and Adam Ryland - drums. Join us for the best live jazz, pizza, beer and drinks in Monroe! 🎶🍕🍻

Due to the weather and postponing the Jimmy Buffet tribute, we are switching gears and having some of the guys from the band do an impromptu set tonight! Join General Patterson, Adam Ryland, and Bill Boles from 6-8pm. These guys are tenured professionals and we’re lucky to have them. Who knows, they may do a Buffet song or two!

Craft pizza. Craft beer. Live music. We may not be recognized as a music venue, but we are the only craft brewery in the twin cities that has live music at least 3 times a week. We are also the only craft brewery that brews, cans, and kegs on site. When you visit Flying Tiger Brewery, someone in that building brewed what you’re consuming…not a 3rd party contract brewer. Why does that matter? Because that’s what actual breweries do.
