Dear Club Members,

To improve safety and security, the Victory Hill Civic & Social Association is transitioning to an electronic key fob entry system. The new system will provide members with a convenient and secure way to access the club.

Important Information for Members:

Effective Wednesday - September 2, 2026 the door to the bar entrance will be locked at all times.
Fobs will be distributed during regular club hours beginning TODAY - August 20, 2026.
Cost for current members is $10.00 to be paid at time of fob pick up.
New membership cost will now be $20.00. This includes club membership and fob.
You must tap your assigned key fob to gain admittance. DO NOT prop the door open or let outside individuals enter behind you without scanning their own fob.
Please keep your fob secure and DO NOT lend it to others.
Lost or stolen key fobs must be reported to the club immediately. If the club is not open you can email [email protected]. There is a $10.00 fob replacement cost.
Please be reminded if you are bringing a guest, All guests must be signed in at the bar. After a guest has been signed in three (3) times they must join the club.
We appreciate everyone’s cooperation as we make this transition to keep our club safe and secure!
