COMING SOON: The Big Chill

For our Cold IPA, we wanted a beer hopped like a West Coast IPA, but with the driest body and cleanest fermentation possible. Starting with a grain bill of only Pilsner malt and rice, and hopped with Citra and New Zealand Motueka hops, we've achieved the crispest and coldest IPA you'll have this summer!

We are so excited to host the official Alive with Pride kick-off party!

We'll have:
- Our first-ever canned hard seltzer release
- Performers
- Food trucks
- Vendors.. and so much more!

We’ve also canned brews for the Order of Inca and Mystics of Time.

Be sure to come to the pilsner release on Sunday, May 31, to get a commemorative can while supplies last! We’ll also have jambalaya and a DJ on deck, starting at 3 p.m.

This Sunday, May 31, we're releasing Polka Dot Pilsner — the Queen of Beers — in honor of the Order of Polka Dots!

In 1950, OOP was the first ladies’ Mardi Gras organization to parade in Mobile, and we're honored to have created this special brew with them.

Come out and party with the ladies and their marshals!

The event kicks off at 3 p.m. and features:
🍺 The release of Polka Dot Pilsner's commemorative cans
🍤 Jambalaya!
