I want to take a moment to thank everyone for the incredible love and support you’ve shown us over the years. We couldn’t have made Bill and Charlie’s or Cowboys and Angels the successes they were without all of you, the community that came together and became family.
I will forever treasure the great times we shared together—whether it was putting up with John’s antics, watching football games, enjoying each other’s company, or planning benefits for people in the community who were in need. None of it would have been possible without your unwavering support and willingness to help us help others. I will always cherish those memories that brought us together and gave us the ability to make a difference.
In that same spirit, I want you all to know that you are invited to John’s wake, graveside service, and the gathering at the house afterward. John would have wanted everyone to be there because, to us, you were all family. Please don’t feel like this is only for immediate relatives—each of you played a meaningful role in our lives, and I would love for you to join us as we celebrate John’s life together.
