Albedo Brewing Brewing in Missoula, Montana Albedo was born from reflection. Our goal is to reject the ordinary and produce unique, world class beers.

We strive to offset our impacts in attempt to operate symbiotically. We offer a variety of brews in six packs of 12, 24 oz bottles, and 5 gallon kegs. We are always interested in experimenting with off the grid ingredients. Let us know if you have exciting ideas. We would be glad to brew a 3-7 gallon batch of your favorite style. All Albedo brews are naturally carbonated so it takes 1 month from b

rew day to the end of bottle carbonation before the beer can be enjoyed. Share ideas before you get thirsty. Love your earth, love your beer.

Thank you friends for the strong support! However, with this kind of demand comes low inventory. We have a super un-special yet delicious session ale on about to be on tap and a "kegger" is going to be scheduled sometime during finals week. Any days work best for people?

Have a Lemongrass wheat ale and a spiced winter warmer of a beer, Bronze Frostbite. Beer by donation, its a good thing.

Also the initial Kombucha batches are turning out great! Pineapple, Mango, and Ginger-lime flavors are ready for drinking. Bulk (12oz- 1 gal) unflavored Kombucha is also available for DYI infusions.

Albedo has expanded into Kombucha and needs help concocting new elixirs. We are considering something along the lines of mango, ginger, chia, pineapple. Any suggestions/ techniques are appreciated!

In other news, a Pale Ale with Thai and American elements will combine in the kettle tomorrow. Plans to come out of the garage, into bigger kettles, and into the stores with fancy bottle artwork are slowly chugging along.
