Great Burn Brewing is a microbrewery and taproom located on the south-side of Missoula, Montana. For your enjoyment, we brew hand-crafted ales and a hard seltzer on a small batch system (10 Barrel). We brew hop-centric or West Coast style beers that are well balanced and flavorful. Our taproom has a comfortable pub-like atmosphere with a relaxing environment. We offer an amazing variety of craft beers with 11 tap handles and six of these handles dedicated to rotating specialty or seasonal brews.

Our new Flathead Cherry & Plum Sour Ale is on tap! Brewed with Flathead cherry juice and plums, this bright, refreshing sour ale brings plenty of fruit character with a crisp, tart finish from the kettle souring. 5.0% ABV • 10 IBU

Come hungry—Mai City Food is serving up their Chinese and Cantonese favorites tonight from 5–8 PM.

Happy Wednesday! You made it half way through the week. What a glorious week it has been with great Fall weather. BigThaiCountry is back for another evening of Thai food. Tonight's special is Pad See Ew.

New on tap is Flathead Cherry & Plum Sour Ale. Beautiful color with a wonderful tartness and subtle sweetness. This is a kettle sour using lactobacillus. Made with cherry juice from locally grown Flathead Cherries.

A Labor Day tradition we can get behind. 🍺

B**r and the American labor movement share a long history. Brewery workers began organizing in the late 1800s, right around the same period that the first Labor Day celebrations were taking place. In 1886, brewery workers formed a national union as workers across the country were fighting for better working conditions and the eight-hour workday.

A lot has changed since then—but judging by these signs, some things haven't.

This Labor Day, raise a glass to the generations of people who put in the work, enjoy a well-earned day off, and support the people still making b**r locally.

New Food Truck tonight at Great Burn Brewing. We are excited to have Himalayan Rockies serving Indian Cuisine. Tonight's special is one of our all time favorite Indian dishes: Butter Chicken!

Happy Wednesday. A slight change in the food trucks this week. Big Thai is sitting on the beach in Hawaii right now. We have A Taste Of My Roots serving Mexican food w/ a Honduras flare. They will be here tonight and Friday evening.

If you are thinking ahead, we have a food truck for this Thursday. Also new to the Burn is Himalayan Rockies Indian Cuisine. Excited to try some new food trucks at the brewery.

The newest brew on tap is an old favorite. Montana Dreamsicle is back. This is our cream ale aged with vanilla bean and dried orange peel. The results taste similar to a creamsicle except for the adult version.

Montana Dreamsicle is our easy-drinking Cream Ale aged with vanilla beans and dried orange peel, creating that familiar combination of creamy vanilla and bright citrus.

Basically, it tastes like an adult creamsicle bar.
