Silver Fizz this refreshing cocktail is a great way to unwind after a day. Gin, hand crafted simple syrup, fresh lemon juice,egg white topped with soda water (the lemon-lime is delicious) Next time I think I’d like to make it a Diamond Fizz where you replace the soda water with champagne 🍾

The French 75 was the very first classic cocktail I fell in love with! Absolutely delicious in every way. Gin, hand crafted simple syrup, fresh lemon juice, topped with (my favorite) prosecco. The French 75 was invented during World War I and was originally named “Soixante Quinze” or “75 cocktail” it was named after the powerful 75mm French field gun, as the drink had a kick comparable to the weapon. photo by
