We couldn't be more excited to have one of our best winemaker friends coming to town from Paso Robles. We have poured Aaron's wines at Wineworks and Dublin 4 for many years now, and Ali was lucky to have learned about winemaking from him during the past two harvests.

This Thursday, we will be pouring Aaron's flagship petite sirah, along with two incredibly unique blends from his Paso Robles label, Aaron Wines. We will also be pouring viognier and pinot noir from his hyper coastal focused label Aeqourea!

This will be an amazing night 🍷☺️🌊 🍇

We are opening 3 very special bottles from Burgundy producer, Rodolphe Demougeot this Wednesday!!

When we tried these we were blown away by each for different reasons.

The Bourgogne level is clean and pure beautifully perfumed with bright red fruit and florals. It would be perfect served with a slight chill on a summer day, while the Auxey-Duresses has an incredible savory foresty freshness that surprises you with every sip, and makes you wonder what’s for dinner. The Pommard “Vignots,” is one of Rodolphe’s top tier wines coming from prized hill top vineyards, and delivers broader darker fruit and mineral tones. I’d stash one of these in the ‘cellar’ for safe keeping!

In the words of their importer, these wines are “treated like a good sushi chef does the perfect piece of fish: as little as possible to let it speak for itself.”

We have a case of each to sell before we are out. Hope to see you Wednesday and hear your thoughts on this delicious juice!

Executive Chef, David Shofner pulled out all the stops on this one going as far as curing salmon and making butter with wine from Cain!

We can't believe that on October 22nd, 2006, we first opened our doors at Wineworks For Everyone. What an incredible time we have had growing with our community and making the friendships of a lifetime. Thank you for the many years of memories, and we can't wait to raise our glasses together!
