Tired of government, local, state, federal dictating what I can consume, how much of it, and where.
Example: Potentially-ND no smoking law would prohibit a renter from smoking in his rented space because the owner who rents to you, well, maybe that's a business and a service, and the owner is doing business with you (the public), so that makes the rented space public, and we can't smoke in public places in ND.
You think not possible? You think-who could warp things so askew? How can they trump private property rights? Well, I have proof in my hands in the form of an official letter from Bismarck.
