Over 35 years ago a couple of young boys went "sampling" apples from unsuspecting neighbors; neighborhood maps hand-drawn using apple trees as landmarks. In 1997, we fermented our first batch of cider, the starting point for years of experimentation--honing our craft didn't happen overnight. Many years + countless batches later, we're on to something--Reinventing Tradition. True Craft Cider.
