Join us Tuesday 6/23 at Broders’ Restaurants as we kick off the lead up to Pride Weekend in the Twin Cities with a donation celebration!

For every pasta entree ordered on Tuesday at Broders Cucina Italiana Broders' Pasta Bar, we’ll donate $1 to Twin Cities Pride ! For over 50 years, Twin Cities Pride has upheld their mission of empowering every LGBTQIA+ person to live as their true self. While Pride Month is the highlight of the year, Twin Cities Pride is hard at work year-round, bringing people together through celebration and advocacy.

We’re PROUD to play a part in supporting them during this most colorful time of year! HAPPY PRIDE MONTH! See you at the corner of 50th & Penn next week!

Every Daddio loves a good patio…

Including our new (and returning) Chef della Cucina, and proud girl dad, Brent! Chef Brent is back with the Broders’ crew after a few-year stint in different kitchens around the Twin Cities. But, he couldn’t stay away.

Brent is a Broders’ trifecta alum. He’s worked at Broders Cucina Italiana, Broders' Pasta Bar, and TERZOMPLS ( ) but we like to think the Pasta Bar has always had his heart. He spent countless summer nights out on this very patio, cooking off the outdoor grill back when we ran a separate menu out there. Good times.

We are so happy to have him back, cooking alongside familiar faces and some new ones, bringing fresh ideas and the same seasonal, intentional, delicious food you know and love from us!

This Saturday you can catch Brent at Southwest Farmers Market demoing a fresh pasta salad and chatting with neighbors and growers. Then Sunday he’s off to celebrate Father’s Day with his family (in the morning because he works dinner service)...oh, and did we mention there’s another baby on the way? Congratulations and welcome back, Chef Brent!

Summer menu roll-out began today and our new #19 just hits the spot.

House-made brown butter potato gnocchi served with long-simmered tomato, vodka & cream sauce. Finished with burrata, brown butter, Calabrian chili oil, garlic breadcrumbs & micro basil. Clean plate club worthy.

We had so much fun serving up scoops Edina Art Fair earlier this month that we just had to run it up again! This weekend (Friday 6/19 - Sunday 6/21) we’re serving up four house-spun flavors all. day. long. (11am - close) found only on the Broders' Pasta Bar parking lot!

💚 Pistachio Almond: Made with Bronte Pistachios AKA “green gold,” grown exclusively in the city of Bronte in Sicily where the volcanic soils create a unique climate that cannot be found anywhere else on Earth! Harvest occurs by hand on odd years only so that pistachio trees can rest on even years and become even more flavorful & aromatic!

🤍 Vanilla: Your classic Vanilla Bean Gelato. Optional but tasty:
add olive oil and a sprinkle of sea salt (available as an add-on).

🍓 Strawberry Balsamic: The beloved summertime duo brightened with a touch of lemon zest. Sweet, tangy, creamy.

🧑‍🌾 Youth Training & Opportunity Programs mentoring young community members in farming, cooking & entrepreneurship

🪴 Urban agriculture plots & greenhouses around North Minneapolis that produce thousands of pounds of produce year round (even in winter w/ their solar greenhouses!!!)

🍽️ Community Cooks Workshops where neighbors come together to prepare and eat meals, learn about nutrition and have guided talks about the community. Plus they have a cookbook & yummy recipes online!!
