Located on the fourth floor of the graves|601 hotel, Relevé features expertly crafted champagne cocktails and a comprehensive range of sparkling wine options, available by either glass or bottle. Unique to Relevé is the opportunity for guests to play mixologist by selecting from an assortment of bitters, liqueurs, and purées to transform a classic glass of bubbly into a perfectly customized flute

of their own. This newest addition to the graves|601 family features an expertly tailored, chef-driven menu, which puts a contemporary twist on classic lounge fare, featuring inspired plates to pair with bubbles. Half the menu is dedicated to New York's Madison Avenue, with traditional champagne accompaniments such as oysters and pâté, while the other half is dedicated to Minnesota's Hennepin Avenue featuring fun, approachable pairings like truffled popcorn and lobster grilled cheese.
