That’s Apricity, and we put that sensation into this can. Conditioned on an enormous amount of apricot purée, this American Sour perfectly balances juicy sweetness with a bright, tart finish. 🚨Heads up!🚨

For those of you planning to make your way to the taproom to support us this next month (jk, we know it’s ALL of you), be aware that the Logan Park Industrial construction project is now underway so access to our building is a little interesting at the moment!

Check out this handy map for reference, but the only way to access Bauhaus (as well as our neighbors at !) is via 14th and Tyler. You can come in by turning East onto 14th ave NE from Central and following that around through our back lot. You can still park in either the front or back lot, you just have to take the scenic route to either and we ask that you please be as careful as possible: that entrance is a bit of a bottleneck and is being shared by all of our customers, fellow tenants, and delivery trucks, so mind your corners and take it slow!

THANK YOU MINNEAPOLIS!

You showed up for us in such a huge way this past weekend and we don’t have enough words to express what that means to us. The Liquid Zoo is such a magical thing for us every year and on the heels of our closure announcement, you came in droves to make it the best one yet. Each beer poured, all of the amazing stories you shared about your times here, and every tear-filled cheers was a reminder of how much our silly little brewery has meant not only to us, but to our community at large.

We’ve got a little over a month left to say goodbye, so stay tuned for announcements regarding a final sendoff at the end of June and what we’ll have going on in the meantime. There are plenty of beers left to be poured, highs to be fived, and memories to be made. We need your help to make sure we don’t go out quietly! For now, just know that your turnout this weekend and your support from now until the end means everything to us.
