✨Imperial Kölsch✨

A classic Kölsch brewed at a slightly higher ABV than usual for the style, coming in at 5.8%. Crisp, refreshing and floral. A bit of lemon peel was added to the mash to give a lil sumpin’ 😉 Hopped with Saaz and Citra. Come on down and try it for yourself🍺 I mean…just look at it!!! 🤤

ARTIST AVALON THOMAS // If you’ve been in the taproom and have been asked how your day was going by a woman with a big camera and an even bigger smile then you’ve met Avalon. Here’s some of those photos she’s taken on days hanging around the taproom. She’s as fluent in Spanish as she is in taking beautiful photographs which lead her to the art scene of Oaxaca where she currently resides. THINGS THAT ARE FUN // Trivia Mafia will be here at 6pm tonight doing a special holiday edition with questions about movies, traditions, and baked goods. We also have a solid selection of board games and puzzles. Chess is a fun one for adults. Taking pieces from Battleship and throwing them on the ground is a fun one for kids. However you decide to entertain yourself, we’ll be here from 4-10pm with the beer and smiles.
