At Toast Wine Bar and Café, our wine philosophy focuses on small family producers with an emphasis on sustainable, organic or bio-dynamic farming techniques. We also seek out producers who are working to preserve the indigenous grape varietals in each AVA or wine growing region – thus promoting and strengthening each area’s unique “sense of place”.

Be advised that it is a great idea to bring your own bags and boxes for things as well as tools for disassembling things if needed. We will have as much as we can provide to help on site.

Toast will be CLOSED all of next week (April 9 through 16) for a little staff spring break, spring cleaning and fixing up. Our crew has earned it. We will be closed for a private event on Sunday, April 9 and then for the following week, opening after Easter.
