✨ Meet the Crew Monday ✨
Meet Ella! 🩵 — Ella started here in February of 2023, & has always shown her immensely big heart to everyone she meets!
Here’s her Story! ⬇️
Since she has started, she has made such great relationships with locals, regulars that come back every summer, & even made forever friendships with her coworkers! Ella says “My favorite thing about working at The Cove with out a doubt is the relationships I have made along the way. The sense of community here is truly something special, & it’s one of the main reasons why I love coming to work!”
Ella’s favorite meal(s) here are the Crab Cakes & the Steamer Trays! 🦀
The life skills she has made working here, really led her to become the true version of herself! “I’ve learned how important it is to create meaningful connections with people. I’ve became more confident, more personable, & better at communicating with all kinds of individuals, both inside & outside of work. Every shift has helped me grow & has taught me something new!”, Ella says.
Her biggest aspiration in life is to make a positive difference in people’s lives. She says, “I believe that everyone has the opportunity to brighten someone’s day, offer support when it’s needed, & leave a lasting impact through kindness & compassion!” Ella strives to make people feel seen, valued, & cared for. Which is why, her dream in life is to do something in the Medical Field. Ella says, “Knowing that I could play a role in changing someone’s life for the better is what motivates me to pursue that path.”
When she’s off the clock, Ella enjoys simplicity. Being outside in the sunshine! Whether that be at the beach, the lake, or simply just soaking up the sun on a beautiful day! Ella says, “Being outside is where I feel happiest & the most energized!” 💛
You will usually catch Ella on our Lower Patio! Serving up the smiles, hot food, & good conversations! Such a welcoming, kind, & loving soul that we are so grateful to have apart of our crew! Thank you, Ella! 🩵☀️
