“What’s up, Doc?” wasn’t just a catchphrase, it was Bugs Bunny’s signature greeting, delivered with the same effortless confidence that made him one of animation’s most recognizable characters.

Our tribute takes its cue from the rabbit himself, with carrot-infused rum at the heart of the drink. The familiar sweetness of carrot meets Licor 43, lemon, allspice, condensed milk, and house Thai tea bitters for something playful and a little unexpected.

Join us Wednesday and Thursday from 5–6 PM for Prohibition cocktails, $5 Sapporo, and $10 absinthe. On Wednesdays, guests seated before 6 PM receive extended happy hour pricing.
