Join us for an evening devoted to absinthe, its layered history, meticulous craft, and the mystique that once made it both celebrated and forbidden. Guided through a traditional French service with fountain and spoon, you’ll taste this month’s featured pour while exploring its distinct character and style.

The experience lasts about 45 minutes, though we encourage you to stay after and settle in with our full absinthe and cocktail list.

Each ticket includes the discussion and one pour.
