Unfortunately Mosh Haus won't work in West Allis. No all ages venues exist there because there's a code that doesn't allow it. Basically we'd have to choose between 21+ or 16 to 20. Getting this done the right way is a painfully grueling process but I'll figure it out.

So do to my personal income the landlord to the space wants $3200 up front which will cover first months rent and security deposit and the last month on the lease. I have a little over $1000 on donated money. Any ideas on how we can raise more? We're so close and I'm the only one being considered for the space right now. Help!

Just waiting on the landlord to finish my background check. (Which is clean) also there are vacancies above if y'all wanna live above a cool ass venue!!!!

Tomorrow I'm discussing bringing the space up to code and the lease. If anyone is seriously interested in helping let Metal Marq know and I'll let you know when to meet me there. I'm investing a lot of time and money into this so preferably someone who really wants to help that i know and who cares about the music scene in Milwaukee.

Just an FYI Mosh Haus will be back this year! I'm getting closer to finding a space. We're seeing 3 new possible spaces. 1 in West Allis 1 on Hampton and 1 on Silver Spring. If anyone is interested in assisting me in any way inbox Metal Marq.

Mosh Haus won't be doing anymore shows at its current address anymore. The house is unsafe and since i don't live there anymore It's hard to be at every show. I'm working diligently for a new and safer space for y'all. I don't think we'll go long without another space so don't worry. I've been checking out new spaces for months.
