Recap of the Brothers of the Delta Xi Sigma Chapter participating in Milwaukee's 55th Annual Juneteenth Jubilee Parade!🤘🏾✊🏾

As we commemorate Juneteenth, we honor the enduring spirit of freedom, resilience, and the ongoing pursuit of justice. Juneteenth marks June 19, 1865—the day when the last enslaved African Americans in Texas learned of their freedom, more than two years after the Emancipation Proclamation was issued. It is a powerful reminder that freedom must not only be declared but also protected, exercised, and advanced. ✊🏿
