Francis taught our guest workshop on August 15. Here he is on bachata with Monica. Who shows up for La Gozadera at the Cooperage? People who’ve been coming since the beginning, dancing alongside people who found us last month.

That’s the part of the series that keeps changing. Same intention, new and familiar faces every time.

September 11, back at the Cooperage. Tickets at the link in bio or lagozaderasocialmke.s.gy/FBPOST. $20 cash only at the door.

Two performers are joining the floor August 15. Bua has danced Latin community floors with Salsabrosa Dance Company for years, and this time, she’s dancing an aparima, a Tahitian dance that tells its story entirely through the hands.

And Tuka, coming up through Salsabrositas, is part of a new generation of Latin dancers stepping onto the Wherehouse floor for the first time at The Cooperage.
