We hope everyone's week has been going well and everyone's ready to come out to enjoy the Bistro and the last Bands on the Blackwater for the spring season. Chef Jason here with your Weekend Dinner Features! I would like to thank 2 of our Culinary Team Members Josh and Henry for their Appetizer and Dessert Features this week! As always this will be available at 5pm on Friday Evening!

Southwestern Panko Breaded and Flash Fried Alligator Bites with a Chipolte Pepper Crema

Entrée Feature
USDA Black Angus Choice Marinated and Char-Grilled Hanger Steak Apple Wood Smoked Bacon and Cabernet Sauvignon Bordelaise with Grilled Hot Honey Shrimp, Roasted Shallot and Parmesan Mashed Potatoes, Broccolini

We hope everyone's had a great week and ready to spend your weekend with us here at The Bistro! Chef Jason here with your weekend Dinner Features! I would like to thank our Chef De Cuisine Travis and our Sous Chef Steve for their Appetizer and Entree Features and one of our Culinary Team Members Henry for his Dessert Feature! As always these will be available at 5pm Friday evening!

Appetizer Feature
Roasted bone-marrow topped with a fresh herb and garlic butter served with toast points, sun dried tomato, and balsamic drizzle.

Entree Feature
Sweet tea brined and char-grilled duroc pork chop over roasted potato fingerlings and candied brussels sprouts. Topped with a rosemary apple chutney

Dessert Feature
Lemon blueberry creme brûlée
