We welcomed our friends Ellen and Carl from St. Nicholas Brewing Co. to Millpond today to brew up a Hazy Pale! This one will get double dry-hopped with Alora, Cashmere, and Nelson Sauvin hops.

Keep a look out for it on tap soon at Millpond and all three St. Nicholas Brewing Co. locations!

Also, tonight is opening for 50 Pizzas at Millpond. Come say hi to Megan, grab a pizzas and join us for a few pours.

MILLPOND NOW HAS A PERMANENT FOOD TRUCK! 🍕

For the past seven years, the number one question we get asked in the taproom is: “Do you have a food truck tonight?”
While we’ve been fortunate to host some fantastic food trucks over the years, and we greatly value those relationships, we are thrilled to announce that we finally have a permanent food solution at the brewery 7 days a week!

We have partnered with 50 Pizzas out of Belleville, Illinois to park their second food truck right here at Millpond.

They are still putting the finishing touches on their new trailer, but starting Friday, October 30th, Charlie, Megan, and their team will be serving up their incredible 12” hand-tossed crust pizzas with your choice of toppings and drizzles every single day you visit Millpond!

🍕 50 Pizzas Schedule - Starting Friday, October 30th: 7 Days a Week | 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM, or until they sell 50 pizzas!
(These will be their starting hours, with potential adjustments down the road as we get rolling.)

No more checking the schedule to figure out dinner on a Tuesday or seeing what food truck is here on the weekend, you can always count on grabbing a fresh pour and great pizza whenever you’re at Millpond.

(And yes, we’ll still have some of your favorite local food trucks back periodically for special cameos!)

Volksfest – Festbier, has finally arrived!

We’d love to tell you we strategically delayed our Festbier so you’d still have a crisp fall l***r to enjoy after all the Märzen disappeared...

Truth is, our HLT went down a couple of months back, which pushed our entire brew schedule, including our beloved Volksfest!
But the good news: it’s fully conditioned and ready for you starting today.

Our Volksfest release each year always comes with a quick History Lesson:
Since 1990, the majority of b**r served at Munich’s Oktoberfest has actually been the lighter Festbier style rather than traditional Märzen. Paulaner first created this golden version in the mid-1970s because the original Märzen was a bit too filling. They wanted a style that was “more poundable” Less richly toasted than a Märzen, but fuller in body than a Helles, with subtle hop flavor and a smooth finish built for drinking.

🍺 Volksfest – Festbier (5.8% ABV)
Golden, malty, balanced, and incredibly drinkable.

📍 Taproom Only: Volksfest is available exclusively at the Millpond taproom in Millstadt, no Missouri distribution on this one!

The Return of SOMETIMES IT RAINS 🌧️

It’s been two and a half years, but one of our favorites is back on draft and in cans starting today, with a brand-new look!

We rebranded Sometimes It Rains to align with Sometimes It Shines, featuring artwork right in the family of our Schubie Series. Same great b**r, fresh new coat of paint.

🌧️ Sometimes It Rains – Hazy IPA (7% ABV) Heavily dry-hopped with Sabro, Simcoe, and classic Centennial. Expect prominent resinous notes, loads of tropical fruit, mild tangerine, and a touch of coconut and whipped cream on the finish, all balanced by a pleasant, pungent dankness on the nose from the Simcoe.

Come snag a fresh 4-pack in the taproom or enjoy a pour tonight! 🍻
