Update- Lit Cafe & Billiard Acquisition and Potential Equipment Sale-

Acquisition Updates
• I have several interested parties I am meeting with this week regarding acquisition of Lit Cafe & Billiard- Business only, business w/ building and building only.
• If you are interested and haven't reached out yet, assure to email [email protected] soon and let me know of your interest, so we can schedule to meet.
• Critical decisions will be made in the coming days/weeks....

Potential Equipment Sale
• IF, only if, the building/ property sells and not the business, I will then be looking to sell pool tables, arcades, kitchen and bar equipment, pos system, inventory etc.
• Seeing the items in place vs in storage may be a good plan as well if opening a pool hall or bar in a different location or even opening Lit in a different location is something you are considering.

Lit will now be permanently closed pending sale to a new owner. Any interested parties can send info to [email protected]. Serious Inquiries only. A nonrefundable deposit will be required to consider any offers. The option to buy business only or business and building will also be considered.

I know lots of you folks are wondering what in the #$% are they doing at Lit? Yeah...we are too. Lol. We grieved, took some time off, made some improvements and changes, took some more time off and currently trying to get things together to maybe open again soon. It will not be the same Ole Lit, whether that's good or bad to you. Lol. But, we are getting excited to open the doors once more and will update soon on a proposed date.
