This is why we do it. Thank you so much Amy. We take immense pride in the quality of all our products but as is with pizza, that is a creation from scratch. With brick oven that cooks pizza in short time in high heat, there is a lot of variability compared to regular style pizza. We don't always get it 100%. We have worked hard on dough formulations to get the charred chewy test but also a light crispy bite. Our sauce is homemade not right from a can and the cheese and ingredients we use are the best on the market.

With that said, I am so proud of our team. That is what makes a place. Not fancy tables, decor or the view. It's the people who make the place special. The employees and customers make is special.
