HELP WANTED — KITCHEN MANAGER

We are looking for a dependable, organized, and motivated Kitchen Manager to lead our kitchen team and help maintain a smooth, efficient operation. Someone who takes ownership of the kitchen, keeps their team organized, controls costs, and takes pride in maintaining a clean and professional operation.

Key Responsibilities

● Create and manage employee schedules
● Monitor food and labor costs and help control waste
● Maintain proper inventory levels and ordering
● Ensure all food safety and sanitation standards are followed
● Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen
● Train, supervise, and motivate kitchen staff
● Maintain consistent food quality and preparation standards
● Help identify problems and keep daily kitchen operations running smoothly

Qualifications

● Previous management experience preferred
● Strong organizational and leadership skills
● Experience with scheduling, inventory, and cost controls
● Good understanding of food safety and kitchen sanitation
● Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
● Dependable, accountable, and able to lead by example
● Strong communication and problem-solving skills
