We had such a great time serving up drinks while everyone learned the art of Mahjong at this amazing event hosted by and .

There’s something special about gathering around a table with friends, learning something new, sharing laughs, and sipping on handcrafted cocktails along the way. Whether you’re a Mahjong pro or learning the difference between the tiles for the very first time, it was a night full of connection, conversation, and plenty of cheers.

✨ Cool girls have cool jobs. ✨

And ours just happens to involve cocktails, celebrations, and showing up for one of the best communities around.
One weekend we’re serving signature cocktails at a beautiful wedding.

The next we’re helping celebrate a baby shower, birthday party, corporate event, fundraiser, grand opening, or community gathering. No two events are ever the same, and honestly, that’s what makes this job so much fun.

At Hops & Bubbles, we don’t just serve drinks. We get a front-row seat to some of life’s biggest milestones and happiest moments. We get to watch friends reunite, families celebrate, businesses grow, and communities come together.
Being invited into these moments is something we never take for granted.

Thank you to everyone who trusts us to be part of your special events, whether it’s an intimate gathering in your backyard or a celebration with hundreds of guests. We truly love what we do, and we love being part of the incredible West Texas community that continues to support us.

This season, we’re bringing fresh florals, bright flavors, and a little extra sunshine to every sip.

✨ The Fuego Spritz
Floral elderflower, crisp bubbles, fresh mint, and a squeeze of lime come together for a light and refreshing Italian-inspired spritz that’s practically summer in a glass.

🌺 The Berry Bloom
Tequila, strawberry, our house margarita mix, a Tajín rim, and a beautiful floral garnish create the perfect balance of sweet, citrusy, and refreshing.

No matter what you’re celebrating,these seasonal cocktails were made for sipping under the sun and toasting to life’s sweetest moments.

Officially entering our colorful cocktail era 🍊🌸✨

Spring and summer drinks just hit differently around here. The bright colors, fresh garnishes, tropical vibes, and ice-cold cocktails after a long hot West Texas day? Elite behavior 🍹

Last year, the coconut margaritas had EVERYONE in a chokehold, and honestly… we still think about them daily 😂🥥

Bingo night with just hits different ✨🎱🍹

Good vibes, lots of laughs, mocktails flowing all night, and prizes so good you’ll suddenly become VERY competitive over a bingo card 😂

We had the best time serving up handcrafted mocktails from the Hops and Bubbles bar while everyone settled in for a night full of fun, community, and a little friendly chaos every time someone yelled “BINGO!” 🪩
