We are thrilled to announce that we won BIG this year at HV Wing Fest!!! We took the title for Most Creative AND First Place overall. We also snagged 2nd in the dessert category! It was a true labor of love! We can’t thank everyone enough for coming out and trying our awesome sauces: Brown Sugar Espresso, Loaded Sweet Onion, Italian Combo, and “Barbie Era”!
Being that we’re in our Barbie Era now, we all know that sometimes you just need a good Ken by your side. Chef John - thanks for being our Ken day in and day out in our crazy Barbie world. We all know we drive you crazy, but we truly could not do any of it without you! Thanks to the rest of the crew who held it down while we were slinging wings and those who were doing the slinging - Trish, Phylicia, Rhy, Shanelle, Bryonna, Dee, Ang, Howie, and of course our Quinnz Pinz biz partners Jaime and Bobby!
And Jared - this restaurant life would be impossible without you. You are the best Wing Man I ever could have asked for!
And if you’ve made it this far, I just want to shout out all the women in the restaurant and bar business. We see you, we hear you, we are you! We appreciate all that you do. This one is for the girls!!! And most especially for my Rosie girl. Everything I do is for you baby. Momma (and Daddy) love you to infinity and beyond!
