What’s the secret to award-winning IPAs? Dry-hopping! Here at Fat Head's, dry-hopping is a staple of our most hop-forward brews. Our cellar team is shown here dry-hopping upcoming brews of Head Hunter IPA and Sunshine Daydream. Dry-hopping is the method of adding hops during the fermentation stage of the brewing process, which imparts all that great hop aroma and flavors without adding the extra bitterness that hops impart during the boil stage. Compressed CO2 blasts these hop pellets from this vessel to the top of the fermentation tank!

The Beer Hall in Middleburg Heights will be closing early tonight, Monday 6/1, for staff training. The kitchen will close at 4pm, the bar will close at 5pm.
