It is with a heavy heart that we have decided to close our doors, permanently. Abbotts closure has been our demise and we can no longer weather the storm of his directive. Businesses at the lake rely on the summer season to sustain them through the slow season of Winter. We've been closed for six months this year due to Abbotts targeting 51% bars. It's a sad day.
I want to thank my wonderful staff over the years, you were an integral part of the Bear and brought it every dam day. I love you all so much. I want to thank all of our customers, you have been family for the last five years. I want to thank all of the talented musicians who blessed our space with your extraordinary music. We danced, we cried, we laughed until our guts hurt. So many memories were made with so many wonderful people. I am forever grateful to you all. Thank you, thank you, thank you. You made the Bear what it is. One love!
