Mateys Bar and Restaurant Mateys Restaurant is a taste of the Caribbean and a song away from the pristine beaches of lake Michigan. Minors must be companied by an adult.

We offer family dining in all areas as we are a non smoking venue. Don’t miss our Sports Bar. It is a hub of activity with video games, Bags, Golden Tee golf, pool table, dart machines, as well as beer pong for the more ‘salty dogs’ and nonstop sports coverage on its 10 big screen TV’s. When it’s boating season, our three-level Tiki Deck is filled with a fantastic all ages family crowd. People are

drinking cocktails, dining in the sunshine or under the stars, and enjoying the great lake view. Climb the stairs to the Tiki Deck and you will begin to wonder … are you still in Michigan City, or by some chance are you in a tropical bar in the Florida Keys?
