W**E OF WEEK 🍷

GRANBAZÁN LIMOUXIN — Albariño | Rías Baixas, Spain 🇪🇸
A more textured, serious side of Albariño. This 100% Albariño sees time in French Limousin oak and on fine lees, giving it more weight and complexity than the classic bright, unoaked style. Expect ripe peach, melon, Asian pear and white flowers, layered with subtle vanilla, spice and gentle toast. On the palate, it’s rich and silky but still lifted by bright acidity, with a distinctly saline, mineral finish that keeps you coming back for another sip.

COMANDO G ROZAS — Garnacha | Sierra de Gredos, Spain 🇪🇸
Mountain-grown Garnacha with a completely different energy. Light on its feet but packed with character, showing wild red berries, cherries, violets and delicate spice, with the granitic soils bringing a beautiful smoky, stony minerality. Silky tannins, bright acidity and an elegant, almost weightless texture lead into a long, savory finish. Fresh, floral, earthy and incredibly expressive.

Two sides of Spanish w**e. One very good reason to drink both.

Good W**e. Good Food. Good Times.
