An original since the 90s 🫐🥞

Three fluffy blueberry pancakes, stacked high and finished with a generous pour of maple syrup.

Some things are too good to change.

The real question… how much maple syrup is too much? 👀

1987, London.
1997, Miami Beach.
2026, we’re back.

After almost 30 years since Balan’s first arrived on Miami Beach, we’re returning to where so much of our Miami story began.

We’ve kept the character, brought back some old favorites and added plenty of new ones.

Balan’s on the Beach is officially OPEN.

Here’s to old memories and making new ones.

See you on Lincoln Road. x

A little trip through the Balan’s archives…

We’ve been going through old menus, all the way back to our original Miami menu from 1997. Some classics we’d forgotten about, some we could never forget and a few that might just deserve another moment.

Nearly 30 years of Balan’s in Miami, stacked up in menus. And we’re only getting started again.

See you back on the Beach very soon. 🌴
