Update on Becky ❤️

Becky’s surgery has been pushed back until Monday due to the results of her EKG and concerns with her kidney function.

Her medical team wants to make sure she is as stable and ready as possible before moving forward with surgery, so for now they are continuing to monitor her closely.

Please continue to keep Becky in your thoughts and prayers over the next few days. She still has a long road ahead, and all of the love, support, and encouragement from her poker family means so much. ❤️🙏

We’ll continue to keep everyone updated as we learn more.

Update on Becky ❤️

Becky was transferred earlier today to the hospital where she is scheduled to have surgery on Friday. During the transfer, she went into AFib, and the medical team is currently giving her medication to help get her heart back into a normal sinus rhythm.

It is taking a little longer than they had hoped, so please continue to keep Becky in your thoughts and prayers as her doctors work to get everything stabilized before surgery.

We will continue to keep everyone updated as we learn more. Thank you all for the love, prayers, and support you’ve already shown Becky. ❤️🙏

❤️ Please Keep Becky in Your Prayers ❤️

Our friend and fellow poker player Becky is currently in the hospital waiting to be transferred for triple bypass surgery.

Please keep Becky, and her medical team in your thoughts and prayers as she prepares for surgery and recovery. 🙏

The next few weeks are going to be difficult, and Becky is really going to need the love and support of her poker family. (Her poker family is all the family she has left ) Whether it’s a message, a heart healthy meal, helping with errands, or a donation to help ease some of the financial burden, every little bit will mean so much.

Becky, your AUPL family is behind you and rooting for you all the way. YOU GOT THIS! ❤️♠️♥️♣️♦️

♠️♥️ AUPL VENUE UPDATE ♣️♦️

We want to let our AUPL family know that we will no longer be holding our Monday and Tuesday games at Union Grill & Tap.

First and foremost, we want to say thank you to everyone who came out and supported our games there. The turnout, energy, and support from our players meant a great deal to us.

We also want to sincerely thank the management and staff at Union Grill & Tap. They have been wonderful to work with, welcoming to our players, and incredibly supportive of AUPL.

Union is now under new ownership, and the new owners are currently evaluating the direction they would like to take with the venue and the types of entertainment they plan to offer moving forward. We completely respect that process and wish everyone at Union nothing but success.

This is simply a change in venue — AUPL isn’t going anywhere. We are already working on what comes next for our Monday and Tuesday games, and we’ll keep everyone updated as soon as we have more information.

Thank you, as always, for being such an incredible poker family and for continuing to support Arizona’s Ultimate Poker League. ♠️♦️♣️♥️
