We're working to get more merchants on board but il Vinaio is kicking off this August 7 with an appetizer and wine flight combo for just $18, 3pm to close. Any bruschetta or flatbread plus select white or red wine flight. White flight is Matanzas Sauv Blanc, Muenzenrieder Gruner Veltliner, and San Gregorio Falanghina. Red flight is Coto de Hayas Garnacha, La Spinetta Barbera, and Edmeades Zinfandel.

One of my favorites growing up! What wine would you pair with it?

▢1 pound ground beef I use 90% lean
▢1 cup cooked rice
▢1/2 cup onion finely chopped
▢2 tablespoons butter
▢1/2 cup onion finely chopped
▢1 teaspoon garlic minced

We're back. Did you miss us? Starting tonight, June 28, il Vinaio will l be featuring 4 great wines for tasting and retail purchase accompanied by a tapas plate all for only $18! Every second and fourth Wednesday 5pm to 7pm. Great wines from Monterey and Paso Robles. We're hoping to get more of our neighbors participating so we can promote more.

Did you know that March 20 is the one year anniversary of AZ shutting down restaurants for Dine-in? Its been a long tough year for all of us and we appreciate your support. Did you know March 20 is also Spanish Paella Day? Well to help us celebrate both occasions Michael Powers will be back! We'll have a Paella special and $5 Spanish Tempranillo by the glass and $5 Sangrias. You'll still need a mask when not seated at your table and we'll have plenty of social distancing.
