As we bid farewell to Casa Ramos Redux and eagerly welcome the new beginnings at The Guadalupe on Main, we’re thrilled to host a truly special guest—Ethan Pineda, our Beverage Director and master mixologist! 🍹

From August 23-25, Ethan will be behind the bar, serving up some of his signature cocktails that perfectly blend tradition with innovation. Whether you’re savoring a classic Casa Ramos favorite or exploring our new offerings, this weekend promises to be a memorable celebration of flavor and community.

This marks the final weekend of Casa Ramos Redux and the exciting dawn of The Guadalupe on Main. We’re incredibly grateful for the support and love from our Mesa community throughout this journey. Together, let’s raise a glass to the cherished memories of the past and toast to the exciting adventures that lie ahead.

The Guadalupe will offer a simplified menu, featuring many of your favorite Casa dishes, along with new items that carry a traditional twist. They’re leaning into cocktail specialties and pairings, creating a unique dining experience that promises to continue the legacy we’ve built together.
