Ten years ago, I poured my life savings into creating a restaurant that was “Completely Different . . . and Absolutely Better!” 💯

Sure, if we only served chicken tenders and fries instead of making 40+ items from scratch, we could run the kitchens with a third of the staff. But where is the fun in that? We do things the hard way because it’s sooooo much better!

To celebrate our 10th anniversary, we’re leveling up again. We just finished installing brand-new, dedicated seafood fryers at all three Strip's locations and we are kicking things off with a massive new weekly event:
