Took Tuesday off to make my wife gravy with Springdale Farms' beautiful plum tomatoes. And yes, it's gravy and my wife says it's a South Philly thing and I'm not permitted to call it sauce. Best part: I can mess up any shirt I wear and she doesn't even care. Gotta love that woman.
