I apologize to everyone for not preparing and selling any sides this week! Southern Table Catering kitchen has reopened and we had almost 1000 boxed lunches ordered that we have spent the week preparing! I will offer sides next week and will try to get the options posted out early in the week!

Thanks to everyone who has ordered food so far!! Heating instructions are on each pan but thought posting on here would be a good idea:
☆Mac and Cheese: Bake at 375° Lid OFF 30-40 minutes till corners bubble
☆Red Beans and Rice: Bake 375° with lid ON 35-45 minutes till hot
☆Chicken and Dumplings: Bake 375° with lid ON 30-40 minutes till hot
☆Collard Greens: Bake 375° with lid ON 30-40 minutes till hot

Ok to clarify a little yall.....yes Belle A Southern Bistro is no longer open for business. Roger Sapp still has business ownership. The building will be renovated and will reopen. Belle Tavern will remain open for business. For any question concerning the reopening please contact Roger Sapp at Central BBQ

Now myself David Johnson will be working for Central BBQ building and selling a new catering concept. We will be doing catering for events expanding the already delicious BBQ options. More details to come soon......
