When the client wants the "Bamm-Bamm & Pebbles" drink from Hen House as their signature cocktail...

The process to make this cocktail for 125+ guests took 72 hours. I'll talk about that later. 🙃

Just know the bride REALLY enjoyed it! 🥰🥰

The process to create this cocktail highlighted my skills not just as a bartender, but as a certified mixologist.

Service so nice, they booked us twice! Thank you to Social & Environmental Entrepreneurs for having Applesauce Bartending, Inc for 2 days as a part of your organization's conference week! Night 1 was at the Stax Museum of American Soul Music & Night 2 at the National Civil Rights Museum! Special thank you to Candiss at STAX for the referral & Rashada Leroy with LRY for trusting us with service for this event. When the event management company AND the client are from out of town, they really are booking based on referrals & word of mouth. We appreciate our repeat clients referring us & for their continued support!
