From Overton with love. ā¤ļø

Before the riverfront views, there was Overton Square. Pauletteā€™s opened its doors there in 1974, beginning a Memphis dining tradition built around gracious hospitality, French and Hungarian influences, and the dishes generations would come to know by heart.

More than 50 years later, the address may have changed, but much of what made Pauletteā€™s Pauletteā€™s remains. The popovers. The crepes. The celebrations. The familiar feeling of gathering around the table.
