The TipsyGypsy was invited to serve libations at a fundraiser for Senator Heather Cloud at the Rustic Sky Horse Camp! We were in an actual saloon with a wood-burning stove warming the room. Great people and music!

What a privilege to be a part of Mr. Eddie Knoll’s 80th birthday party. We served Broken Wheel Brewery beer, ate cracklins, fried cinnamon rolls, boudin, and so much more! Thank you to the Knolls for inviting us to be a part of this special day!

What a fun and worthy event last night at the Oakmont Estate Assisted Living Christmas Extravaganza! The community was invited to participate in their Toy and Doll Drive. The generosity of many filled up the back of a GIANT truck!! All gifts go to the kids of CASA! The residents of Oakmont kept me quite busy!!!

October Fete, sponsored by the Cottonport Bank, was a huge success that benefitted many local non-profits. The TipsyGypsy served Broken Wheel Brewery’s “Loggerhead Lager” on tap! The beer, TipsyGypsy, and festival were all a HIT!! See you next year!

The Signature Drinks from last weekend included “His”, an Old Fashion, robust in flavor, made with fine bourbon, homemade simple syrup and bitters, then topped off with a spritz of orange rind and a bourbon infused cherry.

“Hers”, was a Mezcal Margarita, which is a smoky style of margarita. It was made with fresh-squeezed sweet and sour mix and was served traditional style, with a sliced lime and a salt rimmed glass, or spicy for those who wanted to turn up the heat. The spicy Margarita was topped with fresh sliced jalapeños in a Tajin rimmed glass!
