We’re looking for one more person to join our team at Hemingway’s Underground.

This isn’t just about filling a position—we’re looking for someone who’s dependable, takes pride in their work, enjoys being part of a close-knit team, and wants to grow alongside us.

Our kitchen is small, fast-paced, and built around a culture where everyone shows up, helps each other out, and genuinely cares about what leaves the window. If that sounds like you, we’d love to meet you.

Experience is a plus, but attitude, reliability, and a willingness to learn matter even more. You’ll work alongside ownership every day, giving you the opportunity to learn, contribute, and help build something.

Starting Pay: $17–21/hour (higher pay available based on experience)
Availability: Must have open availability Wednesday–Saturday beginning at 2:00 PM.

Our first Table Side Martini Experience | Filthiest. Martini. Ever... was an absolute blast. Huge thank you to everyone who joined us, and to Lisa for the kind words.

Hooper crushed the martini tutorial, Jessica shared the story behind our brand partner Towpath, Sophia & Tommy took amazing care of the room, and the energy all night was incredible.
