Four years, baby! We built a thing. It used to look like this and now it’s filled with friends and fans, sake enthusiasts and sake curious, neighbors and travelers. There’s equipment and products. We make stuff. It’s delicious and beautifully packaged. We enjoy here and there, we enjoy sake everywhere! Thanks for helping us keep realizing our dreams and chasing those just beyond reach.

Long, long ago, Todd & Amy went far, far away to Kitakata, Japan. They drank sake, met wonderful people, ate great food, and remember it fondly.

Today, we are sorry to learn of a fire at brewery. Thank goodness no one was hurt. Sending good luck and best wishes for the recovery, rebuilding, and reopening.

6/8-10 Celebrating our 4th ANNIVERSARY!! We’ll have a great sake list! And… Friday food by Todd 5-8 and “Saturday morning cartoons” at 8:30PM. Saturday food by Todd. Sunday workshop noon-2 and food from 2-7PM.
